  19. There's a very handy DA that I use called Developers Tools 2.2 for things like
  20. this.  It's very good at closing and deleting files that other programs say
  21. are open or locked.

  23. I've briefly checked umich and sumex, and I can't find it anywhere.  If it
  24. really isn't there and there's enough demand, I'll be glad to upload it.
