  17. What happens when you take the TuneUp Extension out; does the problem go
  18. away?  I suspect that this is merely a coincidence.  Check to be sure that
  19. the printer driver and/or the folder in which it resides are unlocked ('Get
  20. Info' on the item and be sure the 'Locked' checkbox is unchecked).  The
  21. system needs to be able to write to the driver and create a temporary spool
  22. file for printing.  If it can't do either, you'll get an error.
