- My intentions for starting this programming group are not limited to
- the creation of a text engine. The text engine is merely a starting
- point for the group, a task chosen to organize a Mac programming
- group to develop Mac software, code, libraries, etc.
-
- We've all heard about TopSoft, well this could be the same thing.
- I would like to start a similar group. Instead of entering a group
- that has been working together for awhile and is putting out their
- own stuff soon, this is a group that is just starting, an opportunity
- to get in on the ground floor of a new group. The programming group,
- at this point, has no agenda (besides the >32k text engine). Where the
- group goes next will depend on what the group wants to do.
-
- To get the group started, I decided on this task because it is a
- worth-while task to complete, it is (supposedly) simple enough to
- complete, and to get people interested in the group. It is merely
- a simple task to get the group organized and working together. Once
- the group completes this task, it should be in a position to
- continue onto bigger and better things.
-
- That is the basis for the creation of the group. Again, if you
- would like more information about the group, send email to
- dnebing@andy.bgsu.edu.

- Thanks,
