- I've seen what I call a bug wherein drag and drop fails on aliases to
- programs on different volumes (i.e. your program is on volB and the alias
- is on the desktop of volA). This happens with a lot of the alias making
- programs. You should do Make Alias in the Finder and move that alias to
- the desktop. That always works for me.
