  18. Pull them off the developer CD for free. You get them on-line with pretty
  19. good searching abilities, and you can output them to your favorite printer
  20. if you want them on paper. The version on the CD-ROM seems to be exactly the
  21. same as the one sold as books.

  23. I'm gonna output them to a printer, since I prefer to have loos leaf manuals.
