- Here is an idea I'd like to implemented but I don't have the talent to
- do it myself. Normaly when you drag a file(s) onto a folder in the
- Finder, the folder is highlighted and when you release the mouse
- button, the file is placed inside the folder. However, if your final
- destination for that file is a folder within a folder within a folder,
- you'll have to open the first two folders to get to your destination.
- I'd like to be able to have the file placed in the destination without
- having to open all those super-folders(as opposed to sub-folders) so
- why not immplement it? Say if the user holds down the control key
- after releasing the mouse button, a standard put file dialog comes up
- and lets you put the file as far deep within sub-folders as you desire.
-
- Of course, I have no idea if this is possible and if you don't think
- it's a good idea then ignore it. No flames please. If anyone tries
- this out, send me a free copy. :)
