  12. I have an application that was uses PixMaps with ColorTables.  It works
  13. fine on Hardware with Direct Color support.  However on hardware with Palette
  14. base color my ColorTable isn't being used.  The colors I get are just
  15. strait from the system palette without taking my colorTable into account
  16. at all.  I realize I need to use the Palette Manager here, but after reading
  17. IM exactly what to do with it is not clear to me.
