  26. Pearl Lisp (a subset of MACL 1.3) was placed by Apple in the public
  27. domain when they bought Coral and canned the Pearl product.
  28. Unfortunately, nobody (including some Apple folks) can seem to find a
  29. copy, and it probably doesn't run under system 7.

  31. If anybody has a copy and can provide more details, please post. But I
  32. think you'd be better off buying MCL 2.0. If money really is an issue,
  33. and you aren't too particular on Common Lisp, there are several good
  34. and inexpensive Scheme implementations for the Macintosh. See the Lisp
  35. FAQ, part 4, for details.
