- Oorgh. Somehow I lost a factor of two in there. One second divided by
- 70 ns is, of course, more like 14 MHz. Fortunately, the remainder of
- the argument still applies, even with the copy operation taking half the
- time I'd figured, so I don't look like a total ass.
