  16. Oorgh.  Somehow I lost a factor of two in there.  One second divided by
  17. 70 ns is, of course, more like 14 MHz.  Fortunately, the remainder of
  18. the argument still applies, even with the copy operation taking half the
  19. time I'd figured, so I don't look like a total ass.
