  13. What is a good sound editor utility?  Hopefully one which is not very
  14. expensive or possibly a good shareware utility.

  16. I have tried a couple but I have had problems with some crashing on my
  17. LCII.

  21. I do not haver FTP access, so I would need a shareware item emailed to me or
  22. it would have to be available at one of the mail servers.
