- It most certainly does - in fact it has a MUCH more flexible mechanism
- called the "crosshairs". This allows you to place a crosshairs anywhere on
- the dialog and then align any items to the crosshairs - you can also expand
- the size of items to the crosshairs which is VERY useful for making sure your
- controls line up on both ends for international compatibility.
