  26.     It most certainly does - in fact it has a MUCH more flexible mechanism
  27. called the "crosshairs".  This allows you to place a crosshairs anywhere on
  28. the dialog and then align any items to the crosshairs - you can also expand
  29. the size of items to the crosshairs which is VERY useful for making sure your
  30. controls line up on both ends for international compatibility.
