  23. The "Free" in Free Software Foundation means that people have the
  24. right to do whatever they want with the source code as long as any
  25. changes they make are made available under the same terms.  Stallman
  26. et. al. can not impose any restrictions without undermining their
  27. entire philosophy; all they can do is ask, and anyone is perfectly
  28. free to say "Bbbtthhhh".
