- With all due respect, if I am going to buying expensive computer equipment
- and/or software from another company, I would WANT to be aware of ANY
- experiences people have had with them, good or bad. Especially "matters which
- are apparently in the legal system." If someone is thinking of taking a
- company to court because they are not happy with the way they were treated, I
- definitely want to know about it.

- Again, I have to disagree. It is my right as a consumer to be made aware of
- any legal disputes with a company, even if the dispute is still under
- investigation.

- I agree. All the more reason why consumers should be made aware of these
- serious charges. If I feel I have been wronged by a mail order firm, I am not
- going to keep quiet to protect the company's reputation. Rather, I would let
- people know about my difficulties so that they may judge the company for
- themselves.

- I might also add that in addition to the problems one person has had with
- Tiger Software, I have read many messages from people who have had nothing but
- good experiences with Tiger. So a consumer considering doing business with
- Tiger can now see both sides of the issue.

- Again, I agree. No company is perfect. Far better that people should discuss their experiences with any company,
- good AND bad, and let others base their overall judgement on the complete
- picture.
