- The weird thing happened after i received two "professional courtesy" renewal
- notices from MacUser. Usually i just throw them in the trash because my
- renewal won't be due till June of 93. But I kept both notices this time and
- guess what? one notice entitles me a saving of 58% off the newstand price
- which gives a "professional rate" of $14.97 for 12 issues. On the other hand
- The other one says a saving of 46% off and was $24.97 for 12 issues.
-
- Both notices look almost identical except $10 difference in price. If MacUser
- is stupid enough to treat every subscriber differently (price-wise) then they
- really goofed when they sent out two different price to the same customer.
-
- Before you pay for your next year's subsciption, be sure you don't get ripped
- off.
