  15. Has anyone out there communicated with Aladdin by email? I want to
  16. register my copy of StuffIt Lite. When I noticed that they have an
  17. email address, I sent them a message asking if I could register via
  18. email. That was Sunday. This is Friday. This makes me wonder how much
  19. support I can expect from them--after all, I'm trying to give them
  20. money and they aren't responding.
