  13. This is about the *best* time to play a sound (like the Looney Tunes
  14. "That's All Folks" sound).  Yet with all the cool and appealing types
  15. of extensions at the various FTP sites, there isn't anything to do a
  16. sound at shutdown.

  18. I have a very primitive understanding of how it would be done; I'm on
  19. my first Mac...is it just a DTS call to a sound upon shutdown?  In 
  20. any case, I can't write it.

  22. This is an urgent plea to anyone out there who's trying to put off
  23. studying for a final:  Please give this a shot!  I know there are a
  24. lot of us out here that would glady mail you a few bucks for your
  25. trouble.
