  28. experience with other types of equipment?  Do CRTs blank out when you walk
  29. past them?  Do cars stall for no reason when you ride in them? :)

  34.     I think there's a trend here.  People who treat their computers like sh_t
  35. seem to be having no problems while people who baby their computers are
  36. getting the lemons.  Gee.

  38.     But seriously, I don't think we should be complaining about Apple quality
  39. that much.  I know many people with IBM compats who have ton 'o problems with
  40. their computers.  My uncle, who is a network installer, says he sees things
  41. crashing all the time, randomly and through misuse.  Two things I've noticed
  42. is that computers can be very temperamental, and that the quality of a
  43. computer model varies widely over individual computers.  Some people just have
  44. good luck, that's all.
  45.     I do agree that Apple overcharges, but that's a whole different story that
  46. we'll leave for another rainy night . . . .
