- I have NO connection with Tiger, but I just did not want a company
- which has served me fairly well get flaimed without also getting a
- little praise.

- I am very sorry that you, Sylvia, had this bad experience and maybe
- the experience _you_ had is more typical of Tiger than _my_
- experiences have been. However, I have ordered a few products from
- them including some hardware as well as software and have received my
- orders in a fairly timely manner and at the best prices just about
- anyware (being a student with no financial aid I usually have to "page
- surf" the mags and netnews for a while before I can get something and
- then HAVE to get it for the best price which a
- semi-to-actually-reputable supplier can get it to me fore :). In
- addition to low cost packages which their catalogs often carries, I
- find many of their products to be from some of the best makers, always
- the newest releases, and they have given me very good customer
- service. One instance of this was when after buying a card for my
- Sharp Wizard from them I noticed that the next catalog I got from them
- had a lower price on the item. I called and they promptly put a credit
- for the difference on my credit card.

- I really have no affiliation with them, but again thought that if a
- company had served me, that I maybe owed it to them to serve them
- back: `what goes around comes around'. If I'm wrong about Tiger I
- wouldn't mind if someone was _nice_ enough to tell me about it...
- at least before I order from Tiger next time <G>.
