  16. The Quadra 950 already has this.  It supports 19" displays at 1024 x 768 
  17. at up to 16 bits/pixel (with 2 MB VRAM).   The Q700 has an older ROM which 
  18. does not support this mode.  (There's also an issue with the clock 
  19. generator not being able to generate the necessary video clock frequency.)
