  30. I'm a little surprised - I've been ordering from Tiger Software for about a
  31. year and have never had a problem (I often use them when ordering stuff for
  32. work).

  34. They were damaged when that hurricane hit down there this summer (wasn't that
  35. in August?) and they sent out notices to people saying they were sorry for
  36. disruptions in service, etc.  Perhaps you didn't get one...

  38. They have always been efficient and quick - although I can't stand their ads
  39. in the magazines...
