- You can have 4 monitors on a Quadra 700. Here's how:
-
- You have a total of 3 expansion slots on a Quadra 700. Two of these slots are
- Nubus slots so you can plug in two monitors with the appropriate Nubus card.
- 1 expansion slot is a Processor Direct Slot (PDS) so you'll need to get a monitor
- with a PDS card (most Mac monitor Mfg's make these). The fourth monitor can be
- plugged in to the built in monitor port on the back of the Quadra. You won't need
- to use any special software to do this.If you have any very technical questions
- on how to do this just call one of the manufacturers of monitors for the Mac
- (Radius, SuperMac, RasterOps, E-Machines, etc.) and check with their technical
- support people.
-
- Hopes this helps.
