  13. I wish to save the name of a window opened using the "picture" command for
  14. further manipulation.According to "The Complete HyperCard Handbook" (p459)
  15. the result function returns the name of the picture window on a successful
  16. open. However it is my understanding that TheResult only returns a string
  17. on error.
  18. "it" returns the complete pathname which is not what I want.
  19.  
  20. Can anyone tell me how to get the name of a picture window opened using the
  21. "picture" command. Am I going nuts?
