  23. I got two responses to this posting.  Both respondents said that they
  24. were on the seed list but hadn't yet received anything from Claris.

  26. So, I repeat:  there is apparently no one outside of Claris who has a
  27. copy of a "nice and flashy" color version of HyperCard.  Whether this
  28. indicates that the rumors are false, that the rumors are mostly true
  29. but the release has been delayed, or that the rumors are entirely true
  30. but Claris has managed to keep this version of HyperCard under wraps
  31. much longer and later than any previous version, I hesitate to say.
  32. I will say that the seeding program for HyperCard 2.0 began about nine
  33. months before the final version of 2.0 shipped.
