  19. Well, I have a few suggestions that will probably sound dumb, bbut here
  20. they are.

  22. When you are running 6.0.8, are you using the printer driver  for 6.0.8?
  23. I expect the printer driver for 7 would not work.  Hopefully the driver that
  24. was provided with the printer when it was new was the 6.0.8 driver.

  26. When you say you can't get 6.0.8 to recognize the printer, what do you 
  27. mean?  Are you unable to find the printer icon in the chooser?
