- As far as porting the macintosh interface to the IBM, I think that would
- be about as difficult as putting Windows on the IBM. The Macintosh was
- optimized for it's particular interface; most of the routines are in
- ROM, and it's not the same with windows. If it were possible to make an
- interface as good as the macintosh's on the IBM, Microsoft probably
- would have made windows that good. The quality of windows is not based
- on the quality of the company so much as the quality of the machine
- you're writing it for <my opinion>.

- As far as Apple making a real marketable machine, of course I'm all for
- it. But then again, I've kinda gotten used to being one of the elite...
