- Hello, folks!
-
- I want to connect a Logitech 3D-Mouse to the serial port of my Mac.
- Unfortunately there is the usual problem of how to handle the serial
- interface. The mouse is equipped with an RS232 interface. Since it
- is delivered with a serial cable, I thought I might just solder an
- adaptor that will make a true 232 out of the Mac+s 422 (or whatever
- that may be...) interface.
-
- Has anyone out there experiences with that sort of thing? Any hints
- or advice? Since the mouse is part of my graduation at the university,
- any help would be highly appreciated. Please, mail your answer directly
- to me, since I cannot read this group regularly.
-
- Thanks in advance.
- Jochen
