  11. Mike, my sister has an LCII that had a similar problem. If rebuilding the
  12. desktop file doesent work, although there is a good chance that it will, you
  13. may have to reinstall the system software. On her computer, the system file
  14. somehow got damaged, but as soon as I reinstalled the system software it was
  15. fine. Make sure everything in the extensions, ect is backed up on disks before
  16. you do this because I am not sure if it erase certain items or not. the
  17. installer will ask you as you go along what you want to replace, just don't
  18. accidentally erase anything!
