- Thanks for all the help. It seems as thou it was a RAM problem. I moved all the
- SIMM's around so that the first bank was moved to the second 'bank' in the
- MacII RAM BANK A. This seemed to clear up the problem. I can only assume
- that before it was trying to load the system into the low part of RAM that
- included a bad RAm chip. However i'm still a bit confused in that it used to
- crash during the initial RAM hardware test. Now it doesn't crash meaning it
- passes the RAM test. It will however crash when i start really using up the
- RAM (ie a number of large applications). Why would it now pass the RAM test,
- but still crash when the higher parts of RAM are used for applications?
