  13. OK, after dowloading all the IM files (at 1200 baud!) I have a problem.
  14. 1st, anyone else doing this should know that stuffit expander apparently
  15. does not handle segmented archives, but stuffit lite will.  Second,
  16. and more troublesoms, my ancient version of Hypercard (1.5.2 I think,
  17. it hasn't been on my system for more than a few days in the last several
  18. years) won't open it.

  20. Is there a hypercard updater?

  22. As I understand it, Hypercard is thoroughly copyrighted, despite the
  23. fact that it came "free" with my system.  Is there a way to open the
  24. IM files, or are the hours of downloading merely going to result in
  25. a big white elephant on my hard disk that I can't open?
