- Sorry, I generalized. *My* Classic II (Mfd date--October or November
- 1991, I think, don't have it handy to check -- I bought it Feb 1992 :-) has
- just the cooling vents along the sides (the reset switches poke out through
- them toward the back on the left). The only Performa 200 I saw had the
- floral-pattern perforation above the vents for the speaker; I hadn't seen
- it in a Classic II (but as they ARE the same machines, it makes sense for
- Apple to manufacture them the same way!). Someone else corrected me on
- this by email, too.

- I wish someone would contradict me and say "No, no! There IS an inexpensive
- and reliable 8-bit color card for the Classic II availabe in the U.S.!" :-)
