  25. Sorry, I generalized.  *My* Classic II (Mfd date--October or November
  26. 1991, I think, don't have it handy to check -- I bought it Feb 1992 :-) has
  27. just the cooling vents along the sides (the reset switches poke out through
  28. them toward the back on the left).  The only Performa 200 I saw had the
  29. floral-pattern perforation above the vents for the speaker; I hadn't seen
  30. it in a Classic II (but as they ARE the same machines, it makes sense for
  31. Apple to manufacture them the same way!).  Someone else corrected me on
  32. this by email, too.

  34. I wish someone would contradict me and say "No, no!  There IS an inexpensive
  35. and reliable 8-bit color card for the Classic II availabe in the U.S.!" :-)
