  30. I also heard the terrific name "IIff" - forte fortissimo. That's one of
  31. the best we heard so far, IMHO.

  47. I'm not sure about that. I bet they have had a lot of fights at Apple about
  48. this, but they just might be able to make a color toaster rather cheap,
  49. simply because a small screen doesn't cost much. The question is if the
  50. buyers will care, with the LC III (or whatever) won't cost too much more with
  51. a bigger (14") screen. If it can use an external monitor, it can be a pretty
  52. good alternative for someone who plans to upgrade it later - like many people
  53. do with their SE/30's.

  55. One of the best reasons Apple has to keep at least one "toaster" model
  56. is that that case is so well-known that it is part of the Mac's identity.
  57. It may not be a big seller by itself, but it will sell LC's! "Look, it's
  58. a Mac over there. Do they sell Macs here? Let's have a look..."
