- I'm not sure about that. I bet they have had a lot of fights at Apple about
- this, but they just might be able to make a color toaster rather cheap,
- simply because a small screen doesn't cost much. The question is if the
- buyers will care, with the LC III (or whatever) won't cost too much more with
- a bigger (14") screen. If it can use an external monitor, it can be a pretty
- good alternative for someone who plans to upgrade it later - like many people
- do with their SE/30's.

- One of the best reasons Apple has to keep at least one "toaster" model
- is that that case is so well-known that it is part of the Mac's identity.
- It may not be a big seller by itself, but it will sell LC's! "Look, it's
- a Mac over there. Do they sell Macs here? Let's have a look..."
