I had the same problem and it cost me 10 minutes to open the case, wait for the soldering iron to warm up, and close it back up, plus about 5 cents in solder.
Get Macintosh Reapir and Upgrade Secrets by Larry Pina... covers everything from the 128k to the SE. It will tell you exactly what to fix/repair, and even gives you the sources to buy these parts from. I think to replace all the parts it will cost around $60, but you have to do it yourself.
