  11. HELP!!

  13. I've been having problems with my Mac Plus screen.  It's got what we all get
  14. when we age, I guess.  Shrinkage and the shakes.

  16. The shrinkage can be fixed through steps already posted here (internal
  17. adjustments with a non-conducting screwdriver), but what about the DT's that
  18. my poor ol' Mac has developed?

  20. The screen flickers, gets bright lines through it and pulses a little.  Or a
  21. lot.  A good smack or two on the side (Mac abuse!), but this is really no way
  22. to live.  Can anyone suggest an easy or cheap way to fix this?  Any help is
  23. greatly appreciated!  My waranty has expired (2 years ago), so no free help
  24. from Apple.  Are there any coverage policies (like AppleCare*) that are worth
  25. buying?

  27. While I'm at it, if I add more memory, will this affect the power going to the
  28. screen, and if so, is there any remedy I can take.
