  10. I just wrote a paper that included the need to reference some legal documents
  11. such as Congressional hearings and various State and Federal Statutes.  I was
  12. kind of surprised that Endnote Plus does not have a standard format for such
  13. things since it seems like lots of people would need to reference such things.
  14. Has anyone made a custom reference for such things in E+?  Can you tell me
  15. what it looks like?
