- It hasn't. It is most definitely in the latest (3.7.7) release (I've used
- it). However, if you used an updater, you will have most likely lost the
- capability because the updaters bring the version up to the current
- _international_ version (e.g. 3.7.7i), which does not support encryption
- due to import/export laws. You should be able to call Fifth Generation at
- 1-800-766-7283 and request that they ship the U.S. update, though. (Well,
- only if you're in the States, of course...)

- No conversion necessary; no changes have been made in the compression
- algorithms, other than some optimization in speed. (Same file format,
- though). Funny - I've never seen that problem before. Are you sure
- something isn't trashing your AutoDoubler prefs file? If all else fails,
- call Fifth Generation; their Tech Support has been very helpful in the
- past.
