- Not true. Font downloaders and PS Send utilities (like the LaserWriter
- Utility program) require two-way communications with the printer, where
- printing does not (strictly). Under Novell you are printing to a print
- QUEUE, not a printer, so there isn't a two-way communications link. That's
- why your utility doesn't work.

- Take a look at the back of the printer you're trying to print to. Is it
- connected with the AppleTalk connector? If so, you should be able to find
- the printer in two ways in the Chooser, both it's Novell queue name (that
- you're using now) and it's real AppleTalk name. Choose the real AppleTalk
- name and you're in business. If you don't know it, just turn it off and
- back on and it'll print up a startup sheet with the name on it.
