  24.     Perhaps the more pertinent question might be: 
  25. is it a demo at all?  Or is it a pirated copy posted to the archives?

  27. As far as I can tell:

  29.     -- it is fully functional

  31.     -- it is copyright Insignia, 1991

  33.     -- the "About..." box does not contain any permission to
  34.         redistribute, but on the contrary indicates that
  35.         it is copy # AT-29002409/001 registered to "xf"
  36.         of company: "fdgf".  This is extremely suspicious.

  38.     -- there is no README or other file indicating giving permission
  39.         to distribute.  The original post to mac.archive.umich.edu
  40.         contains nothing but the binhexed file itself (no 
  41.         explanatory header, and no return address of poster).

  43. Does anyone know who posted this copy to the archives, or any facts
  44. relating to how it got there?  I'm going to check with Insignia on 
  45. Monday.
