- Hi there. I have a friend in med school who carries a PowerBook 100
- around. She'd like to get some helpful tools for her Mac this
- Christmas. In particular she is looking for a program which can deal
- with both mathematical symbols & equations and molecular modelling of
- some sort. Is there any beast like that out there? What is the best
- math software? How about the best molecular modelling software? How
- about the cheapest of each? Any archiveware fit the bill?
-
- She was also interested in software that included representations of
- organs and organ systems. Any ideas there? Anything that does not
- require a CD-ROM?
-
- If any of this sets bells ringing, please respond to me via e-mail
- <efc@mit.edu> since I rarely check in on comp.sys.mac these days. I'll
- summarize for the list.
-
- Thanks!
- ...Eric
