  15.   Mfg by Technical Arts of Redmond, Wash.

  17.  Laser and tv camera on Compumotor x-y stages scans object on a rotating theta
  18.  table. Includes motor controllers and 3 interface cards (x, y, and theta)
  19.  for Multibus I. (2 Multibus INTEL 310 computers included) All manuals, source 
  20.  code and documents included.

  22.  Was mfg in Nov '88 and delivered in '89. This machine sits on a 4 ft square
  23.  granite slab (~1ft thick) for vibration isolation.
