  20. Yes, except you will be detuning the clock circuit which *may* cause
  21. the machine to no longer be FCC/VDE complient... regardless, you would 
  22. probably void any warentee.

  26. The original intent was to sell the OverDrive(tm) direct and have an
  27. OEM version, too.  The OverDrive(tm) went into the blue zip socket and 
  28. the OEM version was for companies like Tandy who offer DX2 machines.  The
  29. pinouts are slightly different.  There is a 169th pin along with slightly
  30. different locations for other pins... telling you leaves me open for 
  31. liability if you go and try to make modifications to your board.  You
  32. can find the information yourself by finding the pinouts for the DX and 
  33. the 487sx and comparing them.
