  16. I have an IBM PS/2 Model 70-E61 with a serial port that will only
  17. communicate at 38400 max.  At higher speeds it gets tons of errors.
  18. Does anyone know if I can get that fixed for cheap? i.e. can I just
  19. replace the serial chip?
