Errm.. try configuring the midi library ;-)

Select Midi->Configure (alt-m o) This gives you a dialogue box
entitled 'MIDI Configure'. If you have installed the Ultrasound midi
driver in Windows properly (and I presume you have, since Media
PLayer knows about it), then you should have 'Ultrasound Synth' or
some such listed as a choice for 'Available output ports'. Select it,
click on 'Add', then on 'OK'.  You then should be able to play the
tune...

Note that you need to have played the song first with Media PLayer to
get the GUS to load up the instrument patches. Also, you won't be able
to get Media Player to work if Winjammer 'owns' the MIDI synth. It's a
mite fiddly...
