  13. I have a PAS+ card, but not the software like the wave editor, prospeak (the
  14. text to speech program), etc.  I cannot connect for some unfathomable reason
  15. to the Mediavision BBS.  I have looked at uwp.edu, and it has some
  16. Mediavision PAS files, but not, as far as I could tell, the basic utilities
  17. that come with the card.  Can anyone tell me where I might find these
  18. utilities?
