  17. SOX is an audio file format translater program.  It can translate from &
  18. to a myriad audio formats.  It can be obtained on ftp.uu.net (ftp site) in
  19. the directory /systems/ibmpc/msdos/simtel20/sound.  There may also be a 
  20. program called SND2VOC, that will do only the job at hand.  Good luck!
