  47. Although I do not agree to the general tone in the first response in this 
  48. thread either, I must say the GUS does sound a lot better. The specs also 
  49. supports this view.

  51. However, that was not the question in the original posting. I believe the SB 
  52. Pro 2 is the new-and-improved version of the SB Pro featuring an OPL-3 
  53. Yamaha 20 voice stereo FM chip (which name eludes me for the moment) as well 
  54. as a reduced size PCB. I cannot think of any other differences for the 
  55. moment, but I'm sure some SB Pro owner can supplement this info.
