- I'm not an expert on this, but I think I could provide you with some
- useful information. Linux is a freeware UNIX clone. It functions fairly well.
- Final touches are being put on so that version 1.0 (out very soon) will be bug
- free.

- For more precise information there is another newsgroup that you should
- look at. That being comp.os.linux. Read the FAQ. It has a lot of information.
