  16. I need to somehow set up Word Perfect so that it performs the
  17. following function:

  19. Right now we have about 6 users on a Novell Lan, and each one has
  20. their own Word Perfect subdirectory, so that all of their documents
  21. are saved within the subdirectory structures.  Within that structure
  22. are subsubdirectories, one each dedicated to each client the user
  23. has.  So, for example, I might have a subdirectory "anne\smith" for
  24. client Smith.

  26. The problem is that other users may end up doing something for Mr.
  27. Smith, so that there may be both an "anne\smith" subdirectory, and a
  28. "john\smith" subdirectory.  We *do* need this sort of segregation, but
  29. we also need a master client directory.

  31. Therefore the function I would like to enable is something by which
  32. when I save a document in "anne\smith", the file will also
  33. automatically be saved in "client\smith".

  35. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
