  16.     I am interested in buying Borland C++ 3.1 with Applications,
  17. but I am somewhat confused...  What are the differences between two
  18. different version of same software?  There are Educational/Acadamic
  19. version (I can get it for ~$250) and Commercial/Regular version (I can
  20. get it for ~$500).
