- I have to agree.
- Every time I don't exit my system nicely, i.e. a hard crash,
- Stacker will update the FAT the next time I boot up. It makes
- sense that an act of hard-drivicus interruptus would somehow mess
- things up.

- When it happens more than once in a while, however, I get worried. It's a
- good idea to do a CHKDSK /f and an SCHECK, just to be safe.

- I've had no Stacker-related hard drive problems over the last two
- years, given a little caution.
