  16. I doubt that any compnay that is going to set up to make hardware in
  17. a profitable fashion is going to be fly-by-night. Ie in order to compete,
  18. you have to make a lot of something to drive the price down.

  20. On the other hand, increased government regulations just might force
  21. a company to stop making something if it was just barely profitable.

  23. So, I would recommend _NOT_ introducing legislation.
